Our proposals for Educational Trips to discover the wonders of Carmignano are filled with activities and walks that will take students through art, nature and archaeology.
There’s vinum and vino: an activity to discover the origins of wine.
Morning. A visit to the Montefortini a Comeana Tumulus and a visit to the Artimino Archaeological Museum with the educational activity ”Eating with Vipia”.
Afternoon. A visit with an activity at the Museum of Vineyards and Wine in Carmignano.

Etruscans for a Day in Montalbano: an activity that reveals Etruscan Treasures
Morning. A visit to the Montefortini a Comeana Tumulus, monumental example of Etruscan architecture. A visit to the Artimino Archaeological Museum with your choice of educational activity.
Afternoon. Visit to the Prato Rosello Necropolis, with a walk through history to discover our ancient Etruscan past.

Archaeologists for a Day: Activities for Future Archaeologists.
Morning A visit to the Artimino Archaeological Museum with a choice between the following activities “A Broken Vase can be Fixed” and “We are not Indiana Jones”.
Afternoon. A visit to the archaeological area of Pietramarina.

Artists for a Day: Discovering Forms of Art.
Morning. A visit to the Artimino Archaeological Museum with a choice of educational activity.
Afternoon. Educational activity at the Quinto Martini Museum and Park.

Alternatively or in case of bad weather, students can visit a Bacchereto ceramic workshop with a demonstration of how a potter’s wheel works or a visit to an exhibit at the Alberto Moretti Modern Art Museum.
